Mark Burwell
As an award-winning serial entrepreneur, mentor, author, business architect and senior executive, he draws on over 35 years of working with over 3,000 entrepreneurs. As CEO, he grew a state-wide fashion apparel firm into a nationally recognized menswear retail, catalog and internet business.

In 2006, Mark was chosen as the Green Bay Area’s Small Business Person of the year. In 1991, he was honored as Wisconsin’s Small Business Advocate of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration. The University of Wisconsin-Stout awarded him the 1992 Distinguished Alumni Award of the Year for his career, business and civic achievements.

As President and Business Architect of Evolutions Business Group he has studied, lectured and consulted nationally as well as internationally in Ireland, Montreal and Russia.

He built E-Hub, an entrepreneurial model for connecting peer to peer and community relationships and currently serves as Executive Director. Mark received the 2008 Innovation Champions Award for the University of Wisconsin Innovation Center for his work in advancing innovative entrepreneurship in Wisconsin.


Cheri Larson
Cheri is an artist and entrepreneur who has successfully launched and operated several businesses over the past 35 years. Launching her first business at the age of 25, she has been an entrepreneur for most of her life. As a marketing professional she ran a successful advertising agency and video production firm for over 20 years.

As a serial entrepreneur, Cheri followed her passion for jewelry design and started a national direct sales business in 2003. She was recognized by the Green Bay Chamber of Commerce as Entrepreneur of the Year in 2006 for the creation of Azante Jewelry, a company with over 200 consultants in 28 states.

Cheri continued to evolve with the launch of Green Girls Market in 2009, which develops earth-friendly products which are sold online through Amazon and Etsy. Her brands include EarthSAKS reusable shopping bags and Healing Tree Organics products made with essential oils.

Her passion is helping entrepreneurs discover how to turn their creative passion into profit by sharing her story of taking a handcrafted products and developing successful retail, internet and catalog sales channels.
